Why advertise your holiday property with us
As a small, independent, family-run business, we do work hard to provide the best for our customers and property owners.
If we provide a good service to our customers, with detailed information on their rental property, extra assistance to make their holiday as comfortable as possible, they will associate your property with "what a great holiday we had last time!" This will generate repeated bookings year after year which obviously makes our property owners happy and enables us to build strong relationships to provide a specialist service all over the country.
For £120 per year (or £160 for 2 properties and an extra £20 per year for each additional property), we will display your property details on our site, with a photo gallery and accessibility information. We will also provide direct access to each owner's website so that our clients can have access to live availabilities and prices set by yourself. There is indeed no commission applied onto the rental rate, so, our customers pay the public rate and if we generate several bookings for you all along the year, we do not deduct a commission fee either.
